A boring bar, but some older ones I made were just done with a normal bit. It really doesn't make a difference. Your bolts will still stay tight.

Heres another idea for you to try. Just drill them and thread the inside. You may need to turn the end down to clear the dropouts.

I know, but that doesn't look as good, isn't as strong, and it's heavier. I like the standard peg style.

No it snapped then the guy who welded it put it on normal where i cracked then just put gussets on and welded it its the exact same

Edit: Yea haha and i had it gusseted so im gunna put it together and ride it hha
