Yes they are. I just used paint stripper and brushed it on and let the paint blister and then scraped it off with steel wool and then i used some fine sandpaper to shine the bars up and make them look good. Then i used surface prep and then clear coated them.

i would be completely okay with it if they didnt, but that would be cool if they made like one batch of each bar from like 2009 like super slayers, slayers, baby slayers, old sr style buffs, wings and old retros
