I like the more girly hardcore punk bands like Pierce the Veil and Sleeping With Sirens. I also just started listening to stuff like Of Mice & Men and Crown the Empire. And all of this started from listening to Taking Back Sunday and Rise Against. I like the classics too such as Black Flag, Minor Threat, and the Bad Brains. I like a wide variety of hardcore and punk but I also listen to indie/alternative music.

Im not sure, Ill look up what Lockin Out is right now. Im assuming its a compilation, or most likely a record label?

Edit: I used to be into Power Trip, I didnt know that this was the label they were on. If its all that style than it must be old school hardcore, which would make sense since I see the labels based out os Massachusetts. Expect a double post with some stuff like this.

These guys are considered more thrash, but thrash and real hardcore have A LOT of the same aspects. Im a huge thrasher, so thats why Im into the 80's style hardcor

This is my friends old band. The intro is kinda weird for this one too haha, youd understand if you were from south philly. The songs rad as hell though. And everything you see in this video really happened, there was no professional crew behind this, no permits or anything like that. It was just a bunch of punks throwing down in the streets for the video. Neighbors were pissed and cops eventually came haha.

If this is the kind of stuff you were looking for Ill try to find some more. These are some of the more well know bands for the style.

That last video was awesome. You should try listening to some more Lockin' Out stuff, they're a pretty good label.

Most of the guys in that style of hardcore bands are complete dirt. Thats why I try to never care about a band past there music.
