Yeah...im switching over to phoenix intergrated deck and want to use this phorx also.. from the looks of it the races are alittle different in shape.. looks like ill try the bike shop so I don't beat the shit out of it

Ill explain alittle more...I have taken off a few in my days.... the problem is the fork is very thick were the crown race sits. I have attempted to hammer / pry it out.. I actually bent a craftsman flathead tonight trying..... the race is on and seated all the way down/ VERY tight....I know...

Im actually at the point of trying to take the crown race off. Any suggestions ....???? I have tools and vise / common sense but it is a bitch to get at. Im thinking of taking it to bike store to see if they can get it off.
