first take you spring out, second take a big pair of pliers and squeeze the spring together then put it back on your scoot, and use a Flathead screwer and lift up the spring leg thats in your deck, and put the part that is perpendicular the the decks side, and put it into the hole part of a nut.

alot of my friends drop there scooters, and is it makes a wierd noice they freek out, but mien make a wierd noice to and idc cuz its dialed, just makes a noise, so i like it dialed but don't care how it sounds, only how it rides.
