ummm, you put the two cups in, then you put the fork through, then you slide the top part on the fork (the part that covers the top cup)and you put the spacer between that and the fork, well i tightened the nut (threaded fork) to much and it pushed the spacer to much and it got jammed so i cant...

i just bought an FSA and i've had it on for a week then i snapped my headtube so i need to take it off but i screwed the top nut to tight and it pushed the spacer inside the big part is to far. Any help getting it out?
