I guess get whatever scooter, just make sure the deck is atleast 21" or 22" long and the bars are a suitable height (e.g. 26" or 28" tall or whatever floats your boat.) you cant get many "out of the box" completes with those sized parts so you should probably get a base scooter to start off...
