there should be some mini (very mini) locator that you can stick on your scoot or bike or whatever, so if you loose your scoot/bike then you can go on the internet and find where it is from there lol would be useful for some cases

i did this with a bearing ring on a screw in barend then put it on got like 1/2" out of it lol but for me they keep falling out i have madd barends, so get like a longer barend i guess it you want it to work properly
