I'll get a picture for you guys. I didn't use a washer. The hole on the peg is made for a bigger bolt so it is centered lower and doesn't rub. Got smith to whips first try on ledges:)

Two models are coming out.

One is basically the same as my current sig, the next gen is an upgraded model.

The next model will have wider bars (24") as well as improved tires and a flex brake among other things.

shouldn't your sig also have the best tyres as its a sig so it should be top line

You're right, but we've only been experimenting and testing with our tires for the last year of development.

The first two years were mostly working with the frame materials, developing its geometry, and doing strength testing on the models we had with riding and machine testing.

If 100 psi tires had been available at the time, we would have used them.

Still, 80 psi tires with 3 ply threading are still miles ahead of any other tire you will find on another dirt scooter.

100 psi tires are specially made by us. Until now I haven't heard of such a high pressure in this small of a tire.

.

I agree but here are some words from Ted Orr who works at Trampa Mountainboards.
I asked him about their tire strength, this is his response.
"Trampa makes the Trampa Tread tyre. This is a 3 ply tyre that can normally handle high inflation rates, we make it in 2 rubber compounds, the hard compound i think will be the best for dirt scooters as the tread itself is not deep grooved like some of the other designs offering potentially higher roll speeds"
But like you said Snow Patrol, they aren't designed specifically for dirt scooters.
Also I tore my phase two tire and Razor sent me a new one last week! Thank you Razor!
