I have the same problem. You need to use the nickel trick by threading the scs bolt backward into the scs. I sanded my wedge for a bit so that it slid on easier. I also used the technique of using a rubber mallet to hammer it on.

It was very repetitive, but the crazyness of the tricks made me keep watching.
