The park they are at is a teaching skatepark where kids go to learn how to skate. Which explains why some rails are super low.

It is one of the heaviest decks on the market. I owned a TSI flight deck and hated it because of how heavy and unbalanced it was. I don't mind a heavy deck I was just curious about the balance of it.

Has anyone rode one and could tell me some pros and cons of it? I'm really curious how it whips and how balances it is considering it weighs 3.8 pounds. Thanks.

If you don't return his part then you are clearly not legit. It is neither your fault nor his that the parts got lost. It is the shipping company's. Therefore I believe you should send him his parts back. You also probably did not package the product very well if it was damaged.
