Doubt it's bent. Your bearings are in crooked or the slot is ovalized. Take the bearings out and put them back in straight. If that doesn't fix it put tape in the bearing slot before putting them back in.

Why the hate on plastic cores? Cheaper and if you prep them right they'll last just as long if not more than 90% of the metals out there. It's most likely an ovalized wheel. Take the bearings out and put tape in the bearing slots then put the bearings back in and see if that makes a difference.

^ Don't know man can't really remember that well. There was a wet patch on the road and I thought it was a bump so I lifted the front wheel up a bit and shifted my weight and it wasn't even a bump/hole and I just lost it.
