7.75 or 8 wide blank deck thunder trucks. ive had 2 pairs without any problems the cheapest set of 52mm wheels. any grip any hardware any bearings and risers are optional. you really dont need them. im sure you can go to a local shop and get a decent setup with that money. just talk to an employee.
