i got a pair of lewy v grips for free and i only rode them for 3 weeks before switching backs to ethics. they took too long to bring in, theyre harder than ethic grips, and they got sweatier faster than ethics.

Here's your problem. Also, there's no such thing as oversized forks. you can only have oversized bars. you can try sanding your fork down evenly, and buy a tilt headset. thats what id do.
