You need to make a super thin aluminum one piece bar that is at most about 1/16 inch thick and then do a carbon fiber wrap on it other wise the bars will break really easy. My scooter company is coming out with some in the next year if we get off the ground.

I have rode brakeless for months and it is way better after the first few weeks. You can slightly touch the wheel with your foot in high speed fakies to slow down. Don't do that with a normal braked scooter. The scooter also looks better IMO
