Sorry I do not understand what you are asking. You want to see what the pins I used look like before installed? They are 1/8" roll pins I believe. Hardened steel and hold themselves in place.

Once they're in there chances are you won't be able to get them out intact.

couldn't you slightly sand the insides of the bearing slots just enough to make the bearing a snug fit still instead of a "have to pound in with a hammer" fit

Obviously, but that's not gonna help if the bearing is already in there.

ive had no problem getting bearings out of either set of protos, u just have to make sure when ur hitting them out to only hit the inner ring and to switch which side ur hitting like ever couple hits, and useing a vice clamp to put them in works great.

My back wheel always wobbles no matter how hard i tighten it. My wheel isnt ovalized either. i have a pro model btw.
