BARS wiggle

when i locked my folding mech i thought i did it good but the bars still wiggle very little but it feels sort of weird. does anyone know what I should do? thanks

Make sure you have the right size bolts, and tighten them down a bunch.

the 2 5/16 bolts go in the top rite and the 3/8 goes on the bottem

3/8 goes in top hole.

5/16 goes in bottom hole and behind the headtube.

3/8 is bigger. And it can be bad if your bars wiggle, because although it might not be bad in the beginning, it will get progressively worse.

when i first bolted it i think i had 2 of the 3/8 nd 1 of the 5/16 is tht y it probably wiggles a little

If you could fit two 3/8" then that would be better, less room to move around. I personally have three 3/8" bolts because I drilled the bottom hole out.

As long as they still tighten down all the way you're good.

i kno all this convo has gone one... but are you sure its only your folding mech... cuz your bars could move a little if your headset isnt that tight... mine is a little loose and it annoys the crap out of me... and then i tighten it lol but yea are you sure its your folding mech???

i think its weird i tighted the crap out of my bolts nd they wiggled so i thought it could be my headset but it feels tight
