standard cromoly one pieces are plenty light. my cousin is 75 pounds and rides tsi with cromoly one pieces, brass knuckles, and new signiture eagle wheels, and those wheels arent that light. his scooter is a cinder block on wheels. you will be fine with regular cromoly one pieces

WE cant get your little connect so why the fnck do you thing we can maked aluminum bars for that price?? aluminum is fnck expencive. 6061 is decent but is nothing like 2024. it is 80 for 24x24 cross and steer tube. you need to get your facts straight before you talk shit. you little fnck noob.

Thats our shop, and as i have said he gots connections, we just dont have a tig welder-only a mig

good luck. plus you have to make aluimnum bars different them steel/chromo. the desgin needs to be stonger.

The bars is going to be one bar the goes up and turns, like an upsidown J with an extra bar welded on
