I am not in the scooter building business, but your post is an insult to those who are. Why would anyone put time into a product and sell it for cost?
Why... if it costs $12 to make would they sell it for $25? $13 profit for something that could take an hour to make? No legit company can survive off of $13 an hour profit.
You're basically saying it's easy and they do not deserve to be paid for their time and effort in producing a quality product. You want good bars? You'll have to pay for them.
