Bearing choice guide

I consider myself a expert on bearings,i build my own using aftermarket races, seals and balls :)D)
I compiled a guide on bearings:

If you do a hella lot of tricks but slow speed-Abec 3 is for you
If you do a lot of tricks and moderate speed-Abec 5 is what you should rock
If you do a few tricks and fast speed-Go for abec 7 and roll
If you do hardly any tricks-Abec 9 should rock your boat
If you do no tricks but fly like Hell-abec 11 suits you*

Above is based on tricks and speed

Why?
Well the faster you go the higher the abec rating you should go but the more weaker the bearings become so if you do extreme tricks on a abec 11 your gunna be busted.
I ride abec 5 becuase its faster than a abec 3 but stronger than a abec 7,9 or 11

If you never clean your bearings get some bones swiss with labrynth seals.
*If your seroius about speed and want the absolute best get some ceramic bearings(do not do tricks on these as the ceramic balls can crack)

Lube your bearings with a bit of speed cream every month or so,If you have ceramic bearings like i used to ride them dry as they dont overheat or seize

Questions on a postcard :D

Vxb bearings are the best,I bought a set of 8 ceramics for 12 dollars and sold them to friends for 20 dollars for 4

do lower abec rated bearings also develop play in them less easily? i have bones swiss but they have so much play in them that i can wiggle my wheel back and forth and it makes my scooter rattle like mad.

@Justin: Ive never heard of rush 9s before but considering they have a 9 in the name makes me think there abec 9 rated?
Edit: I googled them and they are abec 9

@ TUC:The higher the abec rating the smaller the tolerances are (the gap between the balls and the inner and outer races)
Lower abec rated bearings dont wear out quicker
Are you sure its your bearings that have play in them not just a dodgy axle, swap axles with your friend, see if that makes a difference

yea they are abec nine but my friend said they are crazy strong for a high abec and crazy fast also my skater friend said black panthers were the best bearing ever is this true cause im thinking of getting a pair for x mas

No,Strength only alters a little but but pro riders can feel the difference,The best bearings would probably be super swiss six,They have 6 balls instead of 7 so the balls are bigger and less balls means less rolling resistance which means allround stonger and faster

These are what i ride on my Jd bug:

FOr stunts

And for my super fast cruiser:

Also alot of Longboarders who go like 90 mph or something use full ceramic bearings which means you dont have to lube them and there not made out of any type of metal

I'm rocking Rush abec 9's right now with no sign at all of wear and tear, and they're fast. I've done ridiculous tricks on them too with no consequence.

Abec 3-5 are stocks and if treated right they'll be fast but they are stock so they'll never really fly..

Abec 7s are quite fine. I like them at least, really fast.

Bones super swiss 6 are indeed the best bearings I've ever owned.

Ceramics should never even be an option due to how expensive they can be, and how easily they break. Never buy ceramics.

Ceramic bearings are fine for cruising around,Ive broke mine doing a really small stair set,Stock bearings can fly if you remove all the shit grease,Use oil and rmeove one of the shields to reduce friction

I dont use that as it tends to gum up as its vegetable oil based but alot of my friends use it and im sure if you use it it must be good ;) I use either southstar, speed cream or my homemade stuff
