so yeah i found a really wierd thingie, it had little lines on the bottem and x's on the top and it is shaped like an old micro brake, but idk what is is

dom i dont gt what u mean by cutting it.
we mean the end of it not the actually brake bit (which goes into dropouts.)

i cut mine coz i figure it looks good, and because its physically smaller its harder to kick or get caught on things and bend/break it.

oh, and my brake is a stock Teclife item

So right now I'm riding brakeless(sp?) and I love it. I love when anything looks super clean and nice but simple at the same time (BMX, Scooters, etc). And I don't really see the reason for a brake for me because I'd rather saw my own dick off before ever doing a "pogo", and I don't use my brake when I manual. But on this Old A that I just sold I had the brake cut down to like an inch or two, and I think that looked cool too.

yeah man, it took some adjusting for sure, I would drop into a quarter with my foot too far back and instantly smell burning rubber (haha from the wheel rubbing against my shoe) and slow wayyyy down, but I just think it's so much cleaner. It's freaking saved my life too, doing huge 180's when my foot lands on the wheel it just rolls right off rather than slamming the brake and flying backwards onto my dome.
