i love my cane creek s3 sealed. its soooooo smooth and i can whip and bar the same but if you just spin the bars it is a lot slower than unsealed, but i had a cane creek tank II and that was a great headset too.

i recommend either of those for you.

Chris King's are sooooooo good
but they are heaps expensive, you dont really 'need' such a high quality headset on your scoot

on my bike i ride with chris kings right now and i love them and i used to right w/ cane creeks and i liked them to. i definetly liked sealed better my first headset was unsealed an it wore out like nothing and was full of dirt (i ride dirt). i have had no problems with sealed though
