yeah good point. lets say i go with the civic cause they seem to be the cheapest. i would want a civic hatchback too cause i like the way they look better than the coupes. i think the first mod i would do would probably be a b16 swap but idk...

i dont know who our provider is but that doesnt really matter cause my parents will pay ha

With a civic chances are if you look for used Si's (which I'm guessing is the model you're shooting for) you will find one with a B series or K series already swapped in. Why? Because back in the 90's Civic's were THE car to modify. But now everyone is hopping on the Evo/STi wagon. And not a lot of people want to mod a civic excessively anymore. So when those guys that had modded the Civic's tried to sell them they couldn't sell to a dealer because of the mods, and tons of other guys were selling their modded Civic's too so the price of them is incredibly cheap. Look on Autotrader.com. See what you can find for a Civic Si. I guarantee 3 out of 4 of them will already have the swap done.

wanna just talk about cars?

My brother drives a saab 900. just helped him put in a new 3" exhaust yesterday because his last exhauist rusted through and fell off, because saabs have stupid as shit exhaust pipes. Sounds quite nice though.
Hes gonna start doing rallycross at his school. i think hes getting a new computer chip for christmas too, i dunno why though.

My uncle drives a WRX wagon, new turbo and stuff. He got it for mad cheap because it got crashed but he fixed it up. Him and my grandfather are both like. Car freaks. My uncles been known to spend like 4 days under his car at a time.

That sounds like me and my bikes. I've skipped eating all day before just so I wouldn't have to leave my garage while I was working on my bike.

What kind of exhaust is on that Saab and just me personally I hate Finnish cars. Also do you mean autocross? Because rallycross AKA WRC requires something a normal school won't have....lol. But autocross just requires cones for a course.

Personally the only Subi I'd ever own would be the STi and not the new 5 door. 07 and below until the Subaru design team stops being a bunch of douchebags.

i was a little bit ug, under the influence, and couldnt remember.

My uncles subi is soooo nice though. its an 06 i think? so none of the silly new "hey look at me i look like junk" stuff.
I hate the new subis too. they look like junk. My friend has an 07 STI with the gold rims and sh*t. looks so nice. and the thing is super quick.

Whats your opinion on the new Evos? i think they look worse then before, but they look better then the new Sti does.

i have no idea what kind of exhaust too. I really like the way it sounds now though.

DANNN P. man. I'm sure you're a smart dude. And I think you're a really cool dude. And I don't like to be mean or rude and don't take it personally but seriously, you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. You are an absolute FUCKING idiot if you get a 1000 for your first streetbike. So please don't encourage him.

EcS dude, I rode dirt bikes competitively from when I was 7-8 till I was 14-15. I had a nice KTM 450SX-F that in the end and I still own it. When I was 14 I got my first streetbike and my dad surprised me. I was hoping to get a GSX-R 1000 or something. I thought I had been riding long enough that I could handle it. My dad used to race before I did and knew a lot about it and knew I wasn't ready. I didn't get the GSX-R...I got a Kawasaki Ninja 500R. I was very angry I only went up 50cc's. But he told me I wouldn't regret it.

About a month later I dumped that Ninja at 85 around a corner where I trying to learn how to kneedrag. I was in full gear so I wasn't bad off. But my bike was fucked up more then a prize fighter's face. It cost me a lot of money to get it all fixed up. I ended up getting a fucking amazing deal on an engine and replaced the 500R engine with the race engine from a Kawasaki race bike that get fucked up. I turned it from a 500R to a ZX-5R which I still ride today a lot. I now own a Ninja ZX-5R, KE100, KTM 450SX-F, Aprilia RSV 100R Factory, Buell 1125R, and Ninja ZX-6R. The 6R is a stunt bike. THe Buell is my riding bike for EVERYWHERE. THe ZX-5R is just fucking fun. The RSV is only track legal. No longer street legal. The KE100 is a Supermoto and the KTM is my dirt bike.

What I'm trying to say is that street bikes are on a COMPLETELY different level then dirt bikes. The riding styles are so much different it's fucking ridiculous. I can't even explain the amount of difference there is between the two disciplines. Not even getting into the power differences.

I'm also trying to say that I don't care how skilled you are on a dirt bike. When you get a street bike you will crash. Everyone does. I've done it twice on the street and SEVERAL times on the tracks. I would say get a 500 or a 600. Then maybe a year later get the 1000. If you think you can handle the 1000 then go ahead and go for it. Get what you want. I'm just warning you against it because you will crash and that 1000 will cost a HELL of a lot more to fix then the 600. Not to mention insurance is gonna be a BITCH. It all comes down to what you want and how skilled you think you are. I would say go with the 600. But ultimately, it's up to you. Not to me.

Good luck with your buy and maybe I'll race you someday. :)

Based in Sweden, designed in Sweden. Produced in Finland.

My friend Dominic has a Saab 900 Turbo. I said the same thing and he fucking owned me with a brochure manual.

I like Evo's better then Subi's. And the new Evo isn't bad. It's more...mature and refined. I loved the old ones and I like them more then the new one. But the old one's were boy racer cars. The new Evo seems to encompass a new age level of people. Even Keiichi Tsuchiya liked the new Evo.

i have an 07 impreza wagon that i plan on autocrossing next year... if you want to get into subarus i would recommend getting an older impreza (93-01) and doing a swap into it. we just finished putting an ej20g (jdm wrx motor) into my buddies 97 impreza wagon, and the swap only ended up costing about 3 grand all together.

I've been meaning to ask, how is the body roll on the wagon's? I would think there would be a lot...

right now its not putting down any power (spun rod bearing) but i'm paying off an 06 sit drive terrain... so when thats finished it should be around 300hp to the wheels... here is a pic of it

Is that thing a daily drive as well as autocrosser?

Cause I have tons of friends with MX-5's or STi's or Evo's or Civic's that autocross and use it as a daily. But you seem to like to take your ride offroading...lol. That can't be good coupled with Autocross and daily.
