chromoly handlebar

Will the chromoly handle bars that you can buy for the buffs fit in my stock t-tube?, and then just drill holes. I'd assume they would fit, and this is probably a dumb question, but i want to be 100% sure before placing any orders.

yes, but you will need to sand the inside of your ttube to get it to go in. stock razor bars are a little smaller than 7/8. so it wont just slide in. it will take some work. tape sandpaper on a drill bit and just sand the inside of the ttube.

i asked buff the same thing and he said when he tried it he had to snad A LOT of it down for it to fit but its better just to go to home depot find the right size pipe (3/4 works fine) and then bolt it =]

if you used 3/4 wouldnt your grips slide of really easy? idk, ive used 7/8 the times ive used
same.. plus, sanding down the inside of your t-tube only takes about 30 minutes max.

yous gotta be careful what your talking about. pipe uses relevant measurements which are completely different from the actual dimensions; 3/4" pipe is bigger than 3/4" OD tubing.

but sorry im not exactly sure how well a buff chromo tube will fit in a razor t-tube.

yea I did that, bolted it and evrything, and they snapped the first day, plus handlebars slipping off every trick.

yea, but we are talking about sanding the inside of the ttube, drilling and bolting isnt hard. the hard part is getting the pipe to fit.
