This thread is for those who ride FSA headsets and know about them...
(i'm too lazy to dig out the old thread)

Sky Pilot VS Pig VS Orbit MX VS other FSA...?

Well, i know some of you has rode with FSA Pig and Sky Pilots but has someone ride with Orbit MX?
I ride with Orbit MX's since November, when i got my pro-model (Orbit MX pic and info), but i would like to know how you guys would compare Sky Pilots, Orbits and Pigs?

EDIT: I just noticed that Orbit MX wheights only 98g, but Sky Pilots 145g and Pigs 180g (thats like 2 times heavier than Orbits)? !dodge

No, its not about the summary wheight if ithe scooter all wheights 3.1kg or 3.2kg, its just why the hell is pig 2 times heavier than orbit mx? What's in that stuff? :D

cause the orbit has aluminum cups the pig is steel and thicker with big bearings. who cares about the weight. the heaviest headset ever will still be not even half a pound.

i ride an FSA pig on my street scoot. its nice, solid, and spins pretty good. i am still waiting for my gay ass sky pilot in the mail which was supposed to be an x-mas gift. my paents ordered it early december..still a no show.but im pretty sure that sky pilot is he best fsa headset thats out right now. and weight really doens't matter at all with a headset.

and jack, u can't say u think a pig is better when u've rode nothing but a stock and pig. i've rode sky pilots and they're sick as hell and smoother than shit .:)

FSA sky pilot:
Precision tapered roller bearings (lower)
TH brand 36 degree micro angular contact bearing (upper)

What's the diffirence?

Btw, Sky pilots and and Pigs have their upper cups (and maybe bearings also) smaller than the lower ones but why?
Orbit MX has two exactly the same cups and bearings, both upper and down (bearing is the same as Sky Pilot's upper one)

Although, Pig is the cheapest, next comes Orbit MX, and then Sky pilot (26$, 45$ and pilots 70$ lol) according to these links:
