yeah fucking right dude.

lloyd isn't just gonna bust his ass making an extra deck for someone who he knows nothing about his riding style. I mean, we haven't seen any vids of you or anything, so how do we know you ride hard enough to be worthy of testing out his prototype deck? He's offering to let brian test it out because we all know that brian goes big on everything and lands hard a lot of the time = he breaks a lot of decks and therefore is worthy of testing out a new deck if it will possibly make his deck's last longer...

this is random but u should change the back wheel with a trolley wheel or something with the metel fork thing still attached so it turns around and stuff. u can do drifts and heaps of cool stuff. i did it on my old scooter but it snapped

pretty much... and my idea is not to go "bankrupt" by making tons of prototypes for any random person to try them. If you want one, youll be able to buy one when the desing is ready, and the decks are good enough to be sold.

I wont say everything, but I will probably be selling different deck models, to please all types of riders... so watch out for that in a couple of weeks Ill be done with the prototypes.

ok Im in a dilemna... bolts or big rivets for holding the deck together? rivets are flat and easy to install. plus they are solid. bolts have bigger heads and they are hard to install from under the deck. Im going for the rivets for now, but I need some aproval/advice first.

well what ever would hold, work the best obviously, but if you would ever need replacements wouldn't bolts be easier? thats the only problem i can think of

I agree with Logan. Bolts would be easier to replace. I think I know what yopu mean with the rivets. And if your idea is to make a good deck why would you ever need to replace them? I think they both have pros and cons to make them pretty much equal. I think I would go with bolts because it seems like they would be cheaper than rivets. That is asuming that what I know about them is true, which is that there like super heated and then pounded in. But I got that from watching a documentary about a big bridge they built before color video was invented.

Rivets are cheaper, and you just use a rivet gun no heating and pounding. that would be some primitive shit.

Okay, time for some feedback from me:

1. The deck design is pretty much how I make all of my decks now, it's a good and efficient design. I think you should calculate the weight of the steel plate and all the bolts you gonna use to bolt it to the deck and come to some kind of conclusion.

2. Folding mech solution - have fun with putting the neck so low that the front end will be lifted up so you end up riding a dragster scooter.

3. Brake - i don't really know if it's possible to bend such a thick aluminum plate so much, you might give it a try.

no one cares if you are lifted up an inch, i like it better, i cant ride with a low front end, feels like shit

yeah I see now pete... Ill look at the desing closely to see what it would give. and for wheight, my desing is different now. Im putting a steel plate under and an aluminum plate on top. and Ill make sure the steel isnt too thick so it become a really shitty heavy deck. but thanks.

EDIT: I looked at it closely and did some height tests. Its really not a very noticeable difference. and if your wheel are the same front and back, the pro decks are already slightly tilted down at the front end. so if the two wheels are the same diameter on my desing, it doesnt make a very noticeable difference. Itll still feel good.
