defective razor pro-models.

yeah, i got a promod for X-mas and my bars wouldnt go all the way down. so i took my fork and head tube apart and i found that the hole above the threading on my scooter was smaller than my head tube, so my head-tube would not go through. So that is why the bars would not go all the way down. Is this normal or should Razor know about this?????

No they made the forks thicker. the T-tube cant go all the way through, in other words you cant reinforce your forks with t-tubes anymore.

The bars should, come all the way down. At least, thats what makes sense. And do you really need to have them at like 14" or whatever all the way down is? If you do, you must be short, and short equals less weight, less weight means less damage, so you could be on a new A. Unless you do ridiculous gaps and drops. And bold, is old. People are free to argue on the new A thing though.

Solution. Take the T tube off ( just remove the clamp and pull the bars out) saw a few inches off the T tube, and put it back on.

they stop at like 2 inches above the bottom.

and you're right about the new a thing, they are actually pretty good for me :) and wouldn't be too bad to someone who reinforced it and welded the mech. but its harder to do scooter fakies and hang fives, mainly because of the mech rails.
