RNC had good speechs Palin gave a awesome speech Rudy gave an awesome speech, and Mccain gave a good speech.

DNC Was alrite speechs were good but obama still didnt impress me he lacks experience. O and the Democrats threw out all the american flags and there so called patriotic

and republican's "obama is inexperienced" claim totally went out the window when they chose palin as mccain's running mate.

and to me, i'd rather have a fresh mind in power than one that has been corrupted by the political machine for the last 30 years anyway.

exactly, no matter what anyone says about palin having more experience being "governor", i will never understand that argument. being the governor of alaska is no more experience than obama, and not only that but she's doing a terrible job at it.

obama is going to cut taxes for the lower and middle classes, that's not going to help you get what "you need"? unlike mccain, he is going to raise taxes for the upper class, something that'll help fix our failing economy.

and to all of you who belive the media on the Iraq war we won that war ask real Vetreans of the war and he will tell you we won the war instead of some liberal prick of a reporter who says we lost the war when frequetly he hasnt served in Iraq.

we "won" the war? what enemy did we defeat? and since we defeated them, why are US troops still being killed every day in iraq?

and what goal did we accomplish? our esteemed commander in chief said we invaded iraq since saddam was a threat to the world and his own people with WMDs. iraq had no WMD's and they didn't even have a legitimate army, yet we're spending billions of dollars there every month with no end in sight.

"real veterans" say we won the war? so those thousands of veterans that marched for an immediate pull out of the troops from iraq a couple weeks ago were "fake veterans?"

I own SR.
My uncle is from Iraq and his whole family lives in Baghdad. There is progress being made over there and they are thankful for American assistance which is something our news never portrays. HOWEVER, I feel those hundreds of billions of dollars could have been a lot better spent in our own country but at this point you cannot just pull out without a total collapse which makes any progress made a waste.

We defeated the Iraqi army within 3 weeks of being there now we made allot of progress there and now were fighting a war on terror there belive it or not people are coming from all the middle east countries just to kill an american

Saddam got the wmds over the boarder to syria before we got there and all of this could of never happend if we just assasinated osama. We had 15 confiremed chances to assassinate osama but are libreal prick of a president bill clinton called of the shots because he didnt want to start a war, so bush had to go do his dirty work because clinton was a pussy

maybe they had a couple rockets laying around, but they definitely didn't have any intercontinental ballistic missiles. there is no way iraq could have attacked the united states, or pretty much else for that matter.

iraq may have been fucked up before we got there, but that's no reason for us to invade and shove democracy down their throats. if us actually caring about another country was really a motive, then why are we sitting on our asses ignoring the genocide in darfur and all the other conflict in africa?

where are you getting this from? just because you say saddam got wmd's out of the country doesn't make it true. iraq did not have a wmd program, they were incapable of making anything like that with the way their country was falling apart. there wasn't even the gas that saddam had at one point.

15 confirmed chances to kill bin laden? again, bullshit. and i agree we should be going after bin laden, so why are all of our troops in iraq? why wont bush give the generals in afghanistan the 3 more combat brigades they're saying they need to properly fight the taliban?
