And none hates on phoenix probably because Tom Floyd hasn't fucked over any of his riders. As simple as that !

Its not that I dont care about the sport I just dont understand why everyone rages cause someone else they dont know got fucked over. And everyones trying to blow this up like scootering is some huge living organism and district has suddenly become a diseased limb that needs to be cut off like, chill the fuck out if it doesn't affect you directly who cares. The riders were getting free parts anyway so if they get fucked over with money, take it to court or just get over it and get a job.

did you even watch the video, they can't just take it to court because nobody signed a contract.

Lol, this is what gets me...they never even signed a contract??!? Then wtf are these kids bitching about and how dumb can you possibly be?? Didn't these kids have parents to give them advice?? I understood that in elementary school for christ's sake.
Im not trying to be a dick, but they dont have a leg to stand on if they didnt sign any contracts and they really have no right to be mad at anyone but themselves.
They learned a very valuable lesson.
Sucks to be them.

And also....you are getting an extremely one sided story here. Ethic is using this as a marketing campaign and you kids are buying it hook, line, and sinker.
Its brilliant on Ethics part really...

They really don't have any evidence against All-Weld. He just came on a video and talked about how him and his friends got ripped off by District. It would be better if he had District's side in it. All-Weld is like right on with it being a marketing scam but you wont know until District says something.

Its not a "scam," District did screw a lot of people over but yeah this definitely was a good way for them to get some exposure. I don't think there's anything wrong with using their past mistakes/misfortune to gain steam.

Frankly, the only companies I'm going to buy from are TSI, tilt, and proto. Also, Ethic is going to have a hell of a time getting their stuff distributed to America id they cut all ties with FSP and all that.
