1000 dollars for one deck, no company would be stupid enough to buy a production prototype for that much, prototypes of any product should never be more than $50 above retail price

when you press a brake onto a wheels it gets hot..so the plastic would melt if it got too hot.

no it's probably made of the same plastic that they use for plegs (plastic pegs) so it's really damn durable.
