Fork idea

i dont just mean cut down a bike fork, i mean actually remake a smaller version, like the picture R=YaN posted. The SR forks are pretty close i guess, but not exactly waht i had in mind.

people need to stop working on the design of the fork legs. PEOPLE BREAK FORKS AT THE TUBE. not at the legs. if you come up with a really good, nice design for a fork tube, then that will be great. but, nice effort for trying!

That's too easy... just make the fork tube thicker, what he is trying to do it good. I know forks dont break at the legs, but they bend. I bent alot of my forks at the legs to an extent that they are un-usable. But SR forks are your best bet. If you dont want to pay 837462756523million dollars for them, just make your own.

i think smaller bike forks wud be sick as. they wud look hell cool too. wen eva my forks brake i just put another one on for free. fuk buying any forks

yea i think the whole idea of the bmx fork but on a smaller scale and threadless would be a great idea someone should like do it, that would be pretty awesome/strong i think

i know it would be heavy as fuck but replace the forktube with a bolt the same diameter of a fork pole and if possible witht he same threads otherwise make new nuts with dustcovers.bolts are solid and it wouldnt break lol just be like 1kg just for the forkpole.

amen brother, i was thinking thw same thing. I have broken 8+ forks at the tube. sure i bend the legs, buts so easy is it to bend them back....gesh
