what you guys dont understand is their not just an online store they have 5 shops to run as well. and your complaining about them messing up the color of your fork? i work in the least busy shop and im ALWAYS doing something. and another thing most of the people who works on your orders are the noobs that work there. i remember that being the first thing i did when i worked there.. online orders. just because u didnt get it in the time you expected it doesnt mean they sat there like " muahahaha well ship theis orders in a couple weeks because we can" its not like that at all. most of the time things are out of stock. do you know hawmany kids come in the shop and buy things everyday? and plus theres only ONE shop that ships orders. so that means the fork or bars you ordered could be at a different shop somewhere else.

be respectful that they took the time to even read your order.
i love scooterzone. phuck haters.

It doesnt matter how big the company is...There is no excuse to fuck up orders or not get the parts delivered on time.

ya that would be like ordering something from walmart and not getting it and saying oh i understand its a big company.
nobody says that so why would you make an exception to a large scooter company.

They are a COMPANY. It's no excuse to mess up anyone's order. Before starting a shop you have to develop customer service, make good on everything promised, have everything organized, etc. SZ (and every other business) should have known that before starting their shop as managing a online store and taking orders is a big hassle and will take up a lot of time. Having five different tangible stores to deal with is not an excuse to mess up ANY order. As a company they are obligated to take responsibility for any wrongdoing as well and it seems like they're not doing it. Sorry, but they took the time to read the orders? Should we thank them for something that they should be doing? Last time I check, they aren't running a charity; they're running a business and if they can't be a least bit professional about it then they should think long and hard about whether they should continue having their online shop open.

But whatever, I'm not hating on Scooterzone or anything. I'm just saying companies in general. I got my package from SZ in a decent amount of time and everything I ordered was there. Welp welp

you guys are making a compelling argument on this,, however, saying stuff like "fuck scooterzone" and all that is basically saying fuck you to ray, nick, ryan gould, myself, and just about all the other pro riders on the zone because most of us work there. i understand the unsatisfactory with some of your orders. however, peolple do make mistakes, and i myself being in the shop all the time, understand how some orders may be mistaken or delayed due to the constant flow of people daily in the shop and the website. but im not excusing the fact of the messed up orders,, for that we are sorry. contact us and we will be sure to help
