No Limit is a good site to order from! Awesome customer service. My Blunt Headset blew in the bottom cup, so they sent me a whole new headset! :D (Kind of random, but since other sites are being mentioned...lol)

when scooterzone rips me off of $150 and wont refund me then i can say, fuck you scooterzone. i have nothing against the riders on the team, just the company

We have shipped out 30139 orders online, and hundreds over the phone. I only see like 40 complaints maximum in this thread. Thats about 3.78% of our orders screwed up. That sounds pretty good to me. If you got a complaint dont go complaining about it on the forums. Just call the shop and ask for me or even send me a message on Facebook if you arent satisfied. Ill personally clear things up for you. Thanks

ive only delt with them once, and thats becuase i snapped my epic rewinds so they sent me new ones in any color and stuff and the bars are awesome thanks!

HAHAHAHAHA omg it makes me laugh that you would refer to the complaints in this thread ONLY, I'm sure that there is literally about 100-200x more people who have complained, but don't go and bitch about it in one thread on one scooter forum.

If I referred to complaints in this thread only there would be under 20... With over half of them being 2 years old. Grow up dude, you make it seem like your main goal in life is to make people hate us. Chill out and let people decide for themselves who they want to shop with. You don't have to shove your opinions down people's throats. How would you feel if I made a "fuck vert x" thread then filled it with complaints from 2 years ago.

Even if this thread wasn't about Sz I still wouldn't be very happy. When you have been around since 2004 and watched the sport build from the ground up you start to look at things a lot differently. I respect all these companies for what they have done for us. Retail stores are the building blocks of our sport.

Trust me years ago I was just like you hating on Proto because others did. Now I fully respect Proto for all the things Andrew did for the community. Basically what I'm saying is give the sport some respect. If you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all, it just makes you seem immature. (not saying you are but that's the way it seems).

my friend went into the shop when he was on holiday with his dad, his dad payed in full for a custom scooter for him and scooter zone built it there and then for him (which is good service) it took them about 45mins, as it was a present he wasnt allowed it untill they got back home from holiday, asit was for his birthday a few days after they got back. so his dad hid it the whole time on holiday and then took it home with them. his birthday came around, and he got his scooter as planned. so he came to the skatepark and met up with me, i had a go in his scooter as you do, and noticed somthing rather strange, there was BLUTAC holding the CROWRACE onto the fork as they hadn't put it down on the taper. so scooter zone, sold a product that was UNSAFE, unlegit as ----- and he couldnt do anything about it as he wasn't going to travel from the UK to USA to fix his scooter. and they didnt reply to his emails.

First of all, all of our forks have a lip on the bottom so the crown race never sits all the way flush on the bottom of the forks, this is so you can get it off easily without scratching the forks. And second what is blutac? U
