I had a Cane Creak Tank II and rode it for 3 months. When i was taking out my fork of my pro model heatube, the bearings just drizzled out of the bottom cup.

DONT GET A TANK II, THEY SUCK

Although, I ride a chris king and it's been very good to me, but haters will tell you not to waste the money on it, unless you have the money to waste that is hah

i rode a cane creek tank 2 on my downhill mountain bike and on my scooter till i got my S3, and the tank 2 was the best unsealed headset ive ever ridin, and to the kid that said the bearings rolled out, that has nothing to do with the headset, those r the same unsealed bearings in every other unsealed headset just about, and just replace those bearigns and ur good to go again. but imo id highly recomend the S3 its incredible smooth and the fit and finish is beautiful def worth the money.

I have a friend who had the same headset and cracked the bottom cup doing a nine stair.

whats an easy way to remove the stock headset on a razor pro?

Take a flat head screwdriver and put it up againt the headset cup you are trying to remove (inside the headtube/at an angle).

Then hammer the end of the screwdriver untill the headset starts to come out.

Move the screwdriver around the inside of the headset, continueing to hammer, untill it comes out.

Thats the best i can do.

Edit: Im running an old ALCHEMY headset, works alright.

Here is a quicker way than the person ^^ said. You get a hammer and a Stock handle bar( The bit that clips in, not the t tube). Move it around the headset cup hammering in 3's. So like 123 then move it. Keep doing this in each bit of the headset, It will come out in no time.
Hope that helped.

If you are going to buy a cane creek s-3 then dont! the cane creek s-1 is the sameee thing but just with steel cups, if you dont mod your headtube for an s-3 or s-1 the cups wont go all the way in but with the s-1 its steel so you dont have to worry about it breaking, with the s-3 my friend that doesnt even ride that hard broke his cup after a few months

The only headset I have used that lasted me over a couple of months is my cane creek s1. I broke 2 s3's and s8 an fsa dh pro sealed and numerous unsealed pigs. The s1 is really smooth and super strong.
