So yesterday I took off my deck too ride my friends xt. when I put my deck back on and tightened my headset, it completely froze up and now is to the point where I have to struggle extremely hard to even turn the bars. and when they do move its only because my headsets super loose and jiggly. I've tried 2 different top cups, and put an FSA dh pro pig sealed on the bottom, but the same problem keeps occuring. as soon as I tighten my dust cover it wont move.

heres a video to show you what I mean.

This is really annoying me, so somebody help me out.

Well how come ive never had this problem before?
even when I had stock bottom and top?
and keep in mind when this happened I still had stock bottom, but thought putting on the FSA bottom cup would help, but it didnt.

yeah i had that problem exactly
so my fsa was fine on this one fork..then i put it on a new stock fork. it would keep getting loose or be too tight. so then i switched to stock headset. that headset didnt work. i switched back again..but like cleaned my headset and it worked again. but also i think i might of had the top cup upside down.

you need to find the the perfect balance. not to tight not to loose on the nut above the headset
