Headset Problem

OKay, so i have a stock razor pro headset, and i took it all off to reinforce my forks, and when i put the headset back on, i either tighten the dust cover thing too much and the deck doesn't spin, or the dust cover is too loose and the scooter wiggles back and forth in the headtube as i ride. I geuss i could just get a new headset and maybe that would solve the problem, but does anybody have any suggestions me until i get the new headset???

you didot why did you take of your headset to reinforce your forks? are you running a sealed headset? my guess is that you have taken of your crown race and forgot to put it back on, put it on the bottom of your fork.

Can you read? He said he is running a stock razor headset.

You just need to fiddle with it and get it in the right spot. Make sure the bearings are in there correctly. Maybe use some thread locker on the nuts if you want to.

tighten the headset bolt so its fairly tight then spin your bars on clamp it in palce then lock the headset bolts against the steer tube then it should be ok.
