Just scrub off as much as you can with a brush.

For dead black wheels, use hot water, about a third of the bottle of dye, and leave them to soak overnight.

I used the rough side of a sponge and got all of the scuffs off, the white urathane is just a little tinted yellow. I used more like 2/3 of the bottle instead, but I don't think it will make too much of a difference because it's not like black can be too black right? haha

Well if you're not planning to dye anymore wheels then use as much as you want. ;)

Haha, just a quick question that I don't think got answered.. you might know Jason. Will the dye start to fade/melt off if your riding on a hot day on black pavement or something?

Nah dude, the dye is dried into the urethane, not applied to the surface. It'll wear off after about 5 months riding, even then you'd have to wear the wheel down a LOT, and I don't think I've ever seen a worn down Eagle lol.

my wheels dye completly al wh have to d is boil water then put dye in it put your wheel in for a couple of minutes then take it out and no it doesnt dehub your wheel if anyone is going to say that

I most definitely have seen a worn down eagle. Dom, Gino, and Rayan... lots of hard riding.
