Also what will also help when dyeing metal cores is after dyeing the it will kind dye the metal so just take steel wool and go in circles in the metal core part

my eagles have gotten pretty yellow(used to be white) and to return them to a cleaner, brighter white agin i put them in a bleach solution. do you think it will work? oh, and i added a little "spray and wash" stain remover for good measure haha
