how to remove striped bolts for clamp?

no no no no. cut the middle of the bolt with a hacksaw and one side will pretty much fall out and the other side will unscrew very easily.
 
i thought if u cut it then the right side of the bolt will get stuck in the clamp forever?

Only if you cut it flush with the clamp. Because once its cut it loses it tightness/compression/pressure, and you can take it off and then you unscrew with your fingers or pliers.

youll have to buy a new bolt but to get it out get a drill bit that fits in side the bolt than drill through thant it will just fall out
