how to remove the front fork?

You need a large brick and a ledge, like a footpath.

A drop from a reasonable height should have them off in a jiffy.
 
ok any ways

1st. remove the bars by loosening the clamp near the bottom

2nd. the headset nut is on top of the dust cover so you need to loosen it by using a BIG wrench

3rd. remove the dust cover and then your fork should fall out

ok you want to take off the forks first what you got to do is soak the top part in gas or anything flammable then light it on fire should come right off

1) loosen the clamp with a 5mm allen key.
2) twist your bars left until they come off your fork.
3) take the nuts off that are on your fork with an adjustable wrench.
4) done.
