why?
it doesn't compromise strength

sure YOU have to do some work but if you got reinforcements for your deck you might end up
drilling a few holes too
im sure drilling holes will make your bars weaker. the question is would it cause them to fail eventually

yeah because after a bolt fills the hole it will be weaker? i don't think so

OF COURSE IT WILL WEAK YOUR BARS!!!!, even more if the hole is in the bottom of the bars, because theres more torque on the landing and they will crack and then snap there

There's no question that drilling a couple holes in your bars will make it weaker. There's less material at the point, and since there are already holes it will be easier for cracks to start. Forks still look pretty rad though.

look at that beautiful tank mobile...
that fork should have been the stock fork instead of that stupid looking one

and i still don't think after 'a bolt fills the hole' it will be weaker now if cracks form from stress on the holes opening that is possible...4130 really?

but this torque stress your tossing around i think your skipping the fact that your fork tube is also inside of that part of your t-tube so its technically reinforced at that stress point

i got mine today and they are tank. there threaded but there .120. i really cant see anyone (even murphy) breaking the tube. the welds are nice and grinded down. i cant ride them untill next tuesday but i can wait. mega legit

y would u get grey eewewwww

gray is raw, and 10 bucks cheaper. Thats just what it looks like sandblasted so you can always powdercoat it later if you want to

edit: I love the looks and reviews on forks, but how close the wheel is to the fork leg walls kinda scares me

everyone says they are extremely light.

regular fork -12.5 ounces (pro stock fork)
regular Inward fork about- 16 ounces
tank .120 wall fork about -20 ounces (thats only half of a pound more than a regular fork)
