only half a pound more than stock. Thats heavy but really I dont think its heavy at all for its strengh

around a week for a non powder coated bar set or fork

around a week and a half for a powder coated set

not including the mail provider you use
if you get really good shipping it is possible
it can be to you in like 3 to 4 days

just estimates not hard numbers

I Have the bars and they are extremely solid. They look nice and they ride nice too. They are built nicely. I ride 19 wide and there is no flexing when I land. The insert inside is extremely clever
 
I ordered the bars and fork on christmas, and i'm quite excited for them to arrive to try them out. The .120 fork is what I got, and from the pics it looks great to me
