i am starting to hate this company, so unorganized and unloyal to customers, they replied to my paypal dispute with the tracking info on the deck i ordered back in february. and i ordered my fork in march.

For the people having troubles with customer service....

Lucky scooters has just hired a new customer service employee because obviously the other one wasnt doing a good job..

Now when you email us there were be much faster response ("within 48 hours"), All parts that were broken/bought have been shipped or being packaged..

sorry our customer service has sucke in the past this should help a lot.

well i go to a comp snaped forks so ther tht goes i get hoem send luckys a email an ther lik okay well we wil send u forks on wednesday(5 weeks go legit)(takes 10 days to egt here)so lik wats goin on
