I don't think that anyone really knows any dates right now. Everything is just prototypes and being tested and designed and stuff. I'm pretty sure the headtubes are going to be sold soon with a couple of other new parts. But everything else is kinda in the making. Just wait it out guys. The new stuff that lucky is making is soo worth the wait :)

i talked to brian on friday lucky is having problems with machinists so lots of their products are taking alot longer then expected so just wait it out guys. your lucky that their are such a legit company to actually replace your broken parts.

It would be highly impractical for them to machine a 1 piece deck; they are technically 2 piece decks, so yes, it is a new headtube.

I ordered a pair of hic gusset bars from lucky scooters and was charged for 3 pairs, I emailed lucky and within a day my money was back to me. When I recieved a package from them I got the non gusset bars instead of the non gusset. I shot another email to them and they told me that they were gonna send the gusset bars to me to exchange to fix the whole cluster fuck situation. I recieved a package with no prepaid mailer and they told me to keep the new ones along with my other pair as just a gift..

- All emails were answered within a day
- All problems were fixed asap
- The woman (name?) who helped me was very very very nice about it all

Idc what any of you little grom shits on sr say lucky scooters is an amazing company to deal with when it comes to ordering and they make the effort to correct any problem and even make you happy..

yer im srry bout them post its just tht u get frusterrated an i was ecited for my forks an they didnt ariv so im was getn angry but i regret them prost i think lucky is a legit company an ther 1 off the best they wil replace your parts if they brak an i hop they decks turn otu perfect

It just goes to show that Lucky really does care about our customers! We've made a few changes to things to make the company run smoother lately. Everyone that's unhappy with us, you have to give us a break, I mean we are a fairly new company just putting out amazing parts and were now just finding our steady ground and makeing this smoother and prompt. The future of Lucky scooters is great involving DvDs, new/better parts, and great customer service.

To all of the people that support us, we love you guys! And to all of the people that have doubt..well we'll just have to prove you wrong ;)

if they did care about there customers i think they would send me my fork that i ordered on the 5th of march, yeah MARCH i opened a dispute and all they did was send me a tracking number for a deck i ordered back in febraury, thats bullshit if you ask me i want my damn fork you know since that was months ago !!!!!!!!! i have e-mailed them several times aswelll
