Well last night i had the biggest think about that. For so long like what you could use and how to do it without drilling and losing strength on it.
I thought cut up skateboard decks? Or sheets of metal.
And you just make a 3 sided square piece first. Then slide it onto the headtube and put the top piece on.

My god get it through your head IT IS VERY STRONG it can't get much stronger and they use solid aluminum not hollow shit like razor the cheap bastards.

My god get it throught your head I KNOW ITS VERY STRONG yes it can't get much stronger but it can get uglier. The box isnt for strength idiot, its to hide the ugly headtube.

Hang fives are easy as shit on em man. No problems there at all.
Pretty much feels like you're using a zero offset fork when you're not, and me and billie do a lot of hangfives, and we have no problems at all.
