I know this sounds stupid, but the girl behind the Milk Man account... fucking brilliant. Probably one of the smartest/brightest among the members. I'm going to talk to her on deviant art about submitting an application. Hopefully she will be up for it.

Alright so yeah, my copy of microsoft office is unlegit, and it keeps asking me to verify it with a new serial number and i just keep telling it to get over it. Well today it stopped working kind of, it still shows me the e-mails but won't let me copy + paste... or let me forward it to a different e-mail. Sooo I'm gonna have to re-download office later today with a legit serial. I'm off to XW right now though for a session, checkk backkk laterrrr. <3

9) Why you think you are qualified to be one of the new moderators: I am nice to all members whether they scooter, or not. I also make sure people follow the rules.
10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can: I've owned forums, i can program, I've moderated on forums before, i can make logos, pictures, videos, etc.
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: Too many people who post to sell without pictures/ To many unlegit
12) What you like most about SR currently: I love how everyone was nice to me when i just started
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: I will crack down on rules and make sure people follow them.
14) Your plan for changing these things: Offer warnings for newcomers, but for people who know them, give them less warnings.
15) Anything else you would like to add that you feel might qualify you more for this position than someone else: I, unlike most, use proper grammar. At least to a certain extent. I also enjoy things many people unlike, i will never complain.

7) How long you have been a member on SR: Since 12-01-07 (old account was rAnDoMnEsSbOii, didn't realize I could change my display name when I made a new account. I didn't post much with this account, just lurked for info if I needed to.)
8) How did you hear about SR: A kid at the Skate Barn.
9) Why you think you are qualified to be one of the new moderators: I've been scootering since summer of 07, I use proper grammar, conventions, and spelling (for the most part). I know a lot about scooters, and know some scooter history. I talk about things I know nothing about, instead I'll collect some info from someone else (or Google) and give as good a response as possible. I believe I've helped moderate the forums at least a little bit.
10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can:
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: The background on the home page.
12) What you like most about SR currently: The mods and admins are doing a really good job, better than any other forum site.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: Chat box should be brought back, it prevents a lot of dumb threads that ask quick/small or pointless questions.
14) Your plan for changing these things: Maybe there could be a picture contest for the background on the home page, or it can be changed each week with the POTW. As for the chat box, there could be a thread in General Discussion with a poll to see if people want the chat box back. They could discuss reasons why it should or shouldn't be back as well.
15) Anything else you would like to add that you feel might qualify you more for this position than someone else: I use common sense as much as possible, I think before I speak, and I don't like to put up with idiots on SR.

10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can: i have a lot of knowledge on structure and other things on the mater, and know alot about the technology's of the scooter and i can help solve alot of peoples problems
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: there are way to many people who are unlegit and sr knows it but they are still on sr ripping people off.
12) What you like most about SR currently: it is a great resource for scooter parts and trouble shooting.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: there are too many un nessesary threads being created
14) Your plan for changing these things: making one thread for certain questions. for exaple legitamacy questions
15) Anything else you would like to add that you feel might qualify you more for this position than someone else:well im very kind every one that knows me will conferm that and i enjoy to solve the problems of others and help people understand what there doing wrong or what they need to do to make them right. over all i am a very helpful person.

9) Why you think you are qualified to be one of the new moderators: I think I am qualified to be a new moderator because I have good management skills and can organize things quite easily. I don't ever start fights and I never got banned before, so I have been and will continue to be a respectful member of this community no matter what happens with this application.
10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can: I am very welcoming and positive with what I say, and i can't recall disrespecting someone on here.
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: How the newcomers get into fights and such with older veteran members
12) What you like most about SR currently: I like how there is always new topics coming out, and how I can help others with their scooter problems.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: I think the worst problem on SR is the new topics being made while there are other topics very similar, and it is just irritating at times to see the same problem posted twice by two seperate individual.
14) Your plan for changing these things: To lay down the law to these people that they need to search or look around before posting and posting and posting. The main reason why I think I am respected on this forum is because I read alot and post when I find necessary.
15) Anything else you would like to add that you feel might qualify you more for this position than someone else: I just think that it would improve SR more if i could help out other mods with the time consuming work this job requires.

Im hyper as a normal user, but as a mod, I usually take my responsibility into hand. Im not gonna be a major bias against members, Im not unfair. as a fresh-but-not-too-fresh face, I can help out a decent bit.

11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: People cant seem to use spell check honestly. theres really nothing.
12) What you like most about SR currently: quite simply, the community. great people, lots of view points on everything... and the community is alive.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: maybe a little less arguing, but thats not hard to deal with
14) Your plan for changing these things: stay unbiased for the most point, and mzke sure it doesnt get close to out of hand, if i can catch it in time.

9) Why you think you are qualified to be one of the new moderators: I am always on SR, like during school and when I'm at home. I take many computer courses in school and have owned like 4 websites. I have been a mod for 2 websites for ATV riding and I always loved helping out on the websites.
10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can: I already have experience being a moderator on two other sites so I know how everything works. I also can add input on the website's design since I have two years of experience in website design.
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: That some people hate on other sports like bmx and skating because I used to and sometimes still do them sports.
12) What you like most about SR currently: That I finally found a place where people have a the same interest as me.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: The design of the forum could be improved slightly if we add a few customizations to it.
14) Your plan for changing these things: I will help and try to give the best advice to make the website look the best it could be.

8) How did you hear about SR: Conor Davidson. He lives in my town. I was riding my scooter as a beginner at the skate park and he told me about it.
9) Why you think you are qualified to be one of the new moderators: I have been around for a little while. I use SR daily. Although my post count doesn’t seem very high, because I use theridewire too, I log on everyday to catch up on the scene and connect with my fellow riders.
10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can: I basically know EVERYONE on the forum which doesn’t make it hard for me to know who has been recently known for trash talk and such.
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: drama and trash talk of rider, companies, parts, etc.
12) What you like most about SR currently: There are a lot of OG’s still on the forum. I also like the greater population which means more news, posts, and seller listings haha.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: I think that viewing someone’s post count, location, and join date don’t really give that much info about what kind of member they are to the forums. The only specific members you can identify/point out are those who have been banned (because it displays the title under their username). I think that we should also be able to point out whos been an all-around good member to the scooter community. Sort of like a “member of the month award” haha. MOTM ftw!

11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: Has been cleaned up quite a bit, but maybe more updates on the front page
12) What you like most about SR currently: Noticing less and less complaining and little kids not using search buttons and all those other things the old sr had problems with.

I definitely think Spencer Cunningham is a good choice. And I agree about Cory, he's ripped people off on here I don't want him being a mod. I know Tom Cirbee and I think he'd do a good job. Tyler Billman would be good from what I've seen too.

Ehh I ride with Josh sometimes and, he still gets on once in a while but even if he did get on, I honestly couldn't see him being one. I love him haha but he just doesn't seem like the type.

Anyone said Jamie Gantz/heard anything from him? Did he put in an application? I'll look, unless someone know haha. I think he'd do pretty well.
I'll feel dumb if we already discussed him, I can't remember..
