Jon, yes I have. For a 250 it's a little heavy IMO because it is suppose to be a Dual Sport. Although I also rode the KE250 right after and noticed immediately that the powerband on the WR250 is much better. I rode them both down in a cement sewer system and was carving up and down with them and on the slopes on the upway the KX would have to be a full gear lower then the WR. So personally, while it is a small bike. I quite enjoy it because it is fun to throw around and if I have to chose between 250 Dual Sport's I would take the WR250.

yeh, the new ones are ment to be REALLY heavy, well i sat on a 09 the other day and it was, my dad said the old ones(about 05ish) are lighter coz they are aimed more for offroad.

how come you have ridden like every bike kyper?

Because riding is just about all my life is. Just like a good marksman will get acquitted with every fireman he can, whenever I see a bike I have never ridden I will do just about anything to pop a ride on it. I also do a lot of work on bikes as I am a mechanic as well as a pilot. When I fix someone's bike, I am the guy who gets to do the test ride on it. In addition I also have friends who work at bike dealers and let me ride the bikes for a few miles if I write a review about the bike for their shop to post or learn. Via all these things I have rode many, many, many, MANY different motorcycles. Everything from dirtbikes, to drag bikes, to even a few cruisers (EW).
