the legs are attached to the steertube with glue. it doesnt break it when they come aprt tho. all you have to do is reattach the legs to the fork tube and pin it

You drill holes through the fork legs and steer tube. The fork legs have 4 flat sides. You then insert pins of choice weather it be actual steel pins or small bolts/screws. Any kind of steel pin will do.
