I don't have anything against them it's just they need to get better customer service, they've only answered to one of my emails asking for my address about 2 weeks ago.
Sent them my address and still haven't gotten it, so i sent them another email yesterday i think so hopefully another reply.

I don't send the stuff out, Brandon does. Idk what's going on, he's usually on top of stuff, I'll talk to him again tomorrow. I'm sorry for the delay, I'll make sure he knows to send them to you.

their parts don't seem too good either.

always order from a reliable supplier, sorry this shit happened to you man :(

yerp, well from reviews and other stuff i ordered from sites that i find trustable.
but guess east2west and alot of other sites have horrible customer service.

Hey, we usually don't have any issues, but brandon just bought a new house. His time has been consumed with that, I apologize for all of this happening, and I know it's no excuse. If I had the brakes with me, you would have had them forever ago, sorry man. I'll call him again today and tell him
