ok the problem is my englsih is bad.
And acscooter5 is to stupid to send me my money back from paypal.
He say he cant send money from his bank over paypal to me.
help anywhere acscooter5 i will my money back.

So let me get this straight, you made some sort of deal/trade/sale/purchase with him, and something has come up and he won't give you your money back?

yes before 2 and a half months i send him money and after 4weeks he shipp the deck to me i wait 6weeks of the deck but nothing comes than i say to him i will my money back
but he say he have problems with paypal but I do not believe it.I got the feeling he jokes me.

Yeah he already has a thread selling stuff so there is no way he has paypal problems. If it doesn't get sorted within the next two days, tell me and he'll be gone.

Ok sure.

He already has a thread where he is selling parts. So I don't think he has any problems with paypal at all. I think he is most likely scamming you. Try and sort something out with him, and if he doesn't send you back your money within the next two days, tell me and I will ban him from here.

I'm afraid there is nothing I can do to physically get your money back. Maybe banning him would be an incentive to send you back your money. Banning him would just prevent other people from being scammed in the future. But I'm afraid that is all I can do.

i told him that i van send cash nd he said no over paypal nd i cant put money on paypal from a credit card or inless i sell shit to get the money back so thats why im selling my scooter

I haven't received anything from him either. He may not have been online recently. I've made it clear to him what's up and he says he will sort it out. I will give him until Sunday then he is gone.

Yo I moved this from General Discussion. Basically this guy is having problems with Adonnis Cooper, who is renowned for scamming people on here, and I just want your opinions. Give Adonnis till the weekend to sort it out if not ban him?

Only problem is that it has been going on for so long that dani555 can no longer file a complaint to Paypal so he has no real way of getting money back without taking legal action.

Thoughts?

ban the dude. he shouldn't even be allowed to selling anything in the first place. its even worse that he ripped a guy who cant he even speak english well, he totally took advantage of that situation.
